QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in call center, customer success, client relations, or sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

- A self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
