Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Executive on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about CIC Insurance products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
- Adhere to call centre scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Contribute to team efforts and achieve individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other call centre tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
