Responsibilities or duties
To oversee the day-to-day non-academic operations of the campus, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students and staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of school buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Manage the support staff (cleaners, security, groundskeepers).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate transportation, catering, and boarding services (if applicable).
- Manage inventory of furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle minor disciplinary issues involving non-teaching staff.
- Assist in planning school events and functions.
- Prepare and manage the campus operations budget.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Experience needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, ideally in a school setting.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
