WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking for a Care Navigator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Qualifications:
- Degree/ Diploma holders in clinical studies.
- Basic understanding of the concepts of insurance.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite and packages.
- At least three (3) years’ relevant experience with two (2) years in a Clinical setting.
- Healthcare Knowledge: A strong understanding of the healthcare system, including insurance plans, medical terminology, and healthcare policies and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: bachelor degree
