Actions Not Words Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time Caregiver at our Children's Rescue Centre. This role is crucial in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children in need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to children residing at the rescue centre.
• Assist with daily living activities, including feeding, hygiene, and dressing.
• Create a positive and stimulating environment that promotes the emotional, social, and physical development of the children.
• Implement age-appropriate activities and routines.
• Maintain a clean and safe living space for the children.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of the children.
• Document observations and progress of the children.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Child Care, Caregiving, Social Work, or a related field.
• Qualifications in Teaching, Nursing, or First Aid are highly desired.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a residential or care setting, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional Details:

• This is a full-time position.
• The role requires working weekends and holidays.
