Job Summary

Responsible for providing basic patient care and support under the direction of nurses and other healthcare professionals while ensuring patients' comfort, dignity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Support patient mobility, positioning, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the responsible healthcare professional.
• Assist nurses with routine patient-care activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of patient areas.
• Assist with transferring and transporting patients safely.
• Provide emotional and practical support to patients and their families.
• Assist with basic documentation and patient-care records as required.
• Follow infection-prevention and control procedures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and dignity.

Requirements

• Relevant certificate or training in nursing assistance, caregiving, patient care, or a related field.
• Previous healthcare or patient-care experience is an advantage.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts and as part of a healthcare team.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
