JOB DETAILS:

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out maintenance and carpentry work
• Operate carpentry and joinery equipment
• Prepare learning materials and carry out instructions to learners during practical lessons.
• Keep inventory and records of all tools and equipment.
• Ensure maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Offer technical support in workshops and determine equipment specifications for the workshops.
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or authorized personnel

Requirements:
• Diploma in Building Technology or other relevant disciplines
• Craft Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery will be an added advantage
• At least one year experience in a reputable carpentry workshop
• Ability to read and interpret relevant drawings
• Computer literacy will be an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
