Cashier / Accountant

Job Summary

Handle financial transactions, cash management, sales records, and basic accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Reconcile cash, card, and electronic payments.
• Prepare daily sales and cash reports.
• Monitor invoices, expenses, and financial documentation.
• Assist with stock and revenue reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Identify and report discrepancies.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous cashiering or accounting experience.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting systems.
• High level of honesty and attention to detail.
