Job Summary:

Haven Hospital is seeking a professional, customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our hospital. The successful candidate will manage cashiering and reception duties while providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Health Records, or a related field.
• CPA Part II or equivalent accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years experience in cashiering, front office, or customer service, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Hospital Information Management Systems (SMART or similar systems will be an added advantage).
• Excellent numerical, reconciliation, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer care and telephone etiquette.
• High level of integrity, honesty, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
