JOB DETAILS:
Our client, Infini Africa Travel, an international travel agency, with a client base in China, is looking for a Cashier
who will be responsible for the following, among others:
Record all allocations and returns in compliance with audit standards
Accurately record and monitor debt transactions (if credit is permitted under regulations)
Ensure proper authorization and documentation for all credit extensions
Support management in following up and reconciling outstanding debts in accordance with company policies
Perform end-of-day balancing of all transactions
Ensure that all transaction logs and registers are fully reconciled and signed off
Prepare monthly cash reports
Skills and qualifications:
Diploma in Finance,CPA.
2+ years' experience in a similar position.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Competently use accounting software
Ability to work under pressure
High integrity and compliance with internal control procedures
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts
Strong communication (articulate in English) and interpersonal skills.
