JOB DETAILS:

Cashier role at HI Home in Nairobi, processing customer transactions accurately through cash, card and mobile payments while operating the POS system. Requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA qualification and previous cashier/retail experience as added advantages. Full-time, on-site role.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• CPA qualification is an added advantage.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Honest, organized and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately through cash, card and mobile payments.
• Operate and reconcile the POS system and cash register.
• Handle cash and daily deposits in accordance with company procedures.
• Apply promotions, discounts and loyalty programs correctly.
• Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale.
