JOB DETAILS:

1. Cashier Duties
   • Process payments via card and M-Pesa with accuracy and efficiency
   • Ensure proper billing, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting
   • Assist guests with payment queries and maintain a courteous checkout experience
   • 1. Event Support
        • Coordinate logistics for in-house events, private bookings, and special occasions
        • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
        • Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless guest experience.

     Requirements

     • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related field
     • 3 years’ experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support
     • Proficiency in digital tools including POS systems, email platforms, and social media management
     • Familiarity with digital payment systems .
     • Strong written and verbal communication skills
     • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
     • Professional demeanor and a warm, guest-focused attitude
