About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, honest, and customer-oriented Cashier to provide efficient payment processing while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will ensure accurate transactions and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
• Support the front-of-house team as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong numerical and basic accounting skills.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Experience using POS systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail.
