A popular Food Court located at SGR MOMBASA TERMINUS is seeking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
CASHIER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking and processing customer orders.
- Verifying prices and orders using a POS system.
- Accepting cash, card and mobile payments accurately and issuing correct change.
- Recording all complimentaries and payment receipts.
- Counting and balancing the cash drawer and preparing cash summary reports.
- Ensuring accurate records and proper filing of receipts and invoices.
- Maintaining a clean and organized cashier's desk.
- Adhering to restaurant policies and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate, Diploma or relevant experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Bakery, Business, Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in a restaurant, bakery or hospitality environment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage (Cashier & Waiter positions).
- Honest, reliable, organised and able to work in a team.
WORKING HOURS:
- Primarily night shifts. Experience working overnight is an added advantage.
