Job Role Context
This role is for a Cashier position at an Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The hotel aims to provide exceptional guest experiences, and the cashier plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer and work area.
Process guest payments for various services.
Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong numerical and attention to detail skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
