Responsibilities or duties

Overseeing day-to-day operations and management of the hospital kitchen Supervision of Catering Department staff, Food Production and Service, Procurement and Hygiene maintenance, among others.

Qualifications or requirements

Bsc Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from a recognized institution Higher National Diploma in Institutional Management is an added advantage Knowledge in therapeutic nutrition will be an added advantage. Demonstrate strong leadership, management and communication skills.

Experience needed

Three (3) years’ relevant experience as a Catering Manager in a busy hospital or hotel kitchen.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
