JOB DETAILS:

Che Dreamakers Events is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Catering Supervisor to plan and execute catering for multiple events, supervise on-site teams, ensure food quality, and maintain food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute catering for multiple events.
• Ensure food quality meets company standards.
• Supervise on-site catering teams and staff.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Manage inventory and vendor coordination.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality/Catering/Food Science.
• 4-6 years catering experience (2+ supervisory).
• Events catering experience essential.
• Valid food handlers certificate.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
