Chairperson of Audit Committee (Re-advertised) – 1 Post – 3 Years Contract
The Chairperson provides leadership to the Audit Committee in ensuring accountability in county operations.
Job Description
- Lead the Audit Committee in reviewing financial statements and audit reports.
- Coordinate committee activities and set meeting agendas.
- Provide oversight on risk management and internal control frameworks.
- Advise the Board on governance and accountability matters.
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards in financial oversight.
- Facilitate coordination with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Guide committee members in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Report committee findings and recommendations to the Board.
