RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of at least 10 active sales representatives/marketersDeliver monthly loan acquisition targets and expand the Nairobi Check Off loan portfolioOversee staff performance through structured field activations and corporate client engagementEnsure compliance with lending processes, documentation standards, and client satisfactionBuild strong relationships with organizations for smooth payroll deduction processesChampion Mwananchi’s values of integrity, accountability, and service excellence

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree
