Our client is hiring an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team and maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Strong skills in food preparation, portion control & costing
- Experience handling à la carte service
- Strong leadership and teamwork in the kitchen
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods
