Chef
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and creative Chef to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present meals according to the resort's quality standards.
- Plan and develop menus in collaboration with management.
- Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report stock requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or resort.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time management skills.
- Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
