Job Summary
Our client is hiring an experienced Chef to manage food preparation, maintain quality standards, and support kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, catering, or hospitality setup
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, menu planning & presentation
- Ability to prepare local and international cuisines
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene & HACCP standards
- Experience in stock control and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
