Job Summary
Prepare high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food hygiene, presentation, and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Ensure proper food storage and handling.
- Monitor ingredients and minimize wastage.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with menu preparation and stock requirements.
- Follow food safety and health regulations.
- Work effectively during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge kitchen.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
