JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Lead the finance team, ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and internal controls for the entire resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and P&L statements.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Ensure statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, VAT) are filed on time.
- Lead annual budgeting and audit processes.
- Supervise junior finance staff and interns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + CPA(K) or ACCA.
- 5+ years’ experience, with at least 2 years as chief or senior accountant.
- Experience in hospitality accounting preferred.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: bachelor degree
