KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all accounting operations.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial statements and statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA (K) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in the meat industry is an added advantage.
