JOB DETAILS:

CHIEF BUTCHER/CDP

Meat Preparation: Prepare, portion, and cut all meat, poultry, and seafood items .

Quality Control: Inspect incoming meat and ensure storage conditions meet standards .

Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stock rotation of butcher products .

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to HACCP procedures and hygiene regulations in the butchery section .

Supervise Staff: Oversee the Assistant Butcher and ensure tasks are completed .

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
