Responsibilities or duties

Plan Menus: Prepare menus in coordination with the Camp Boss/Operations Manager considering client needs and cost requirements .

Control Quality: Oversee the food quality, presentation, and service standards .

Manage Kitchen Staff: Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks, and monitor on-the-job training .

Manage Inventory: Prepare daily requisitions for kitchen supplies and inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity .

Ensure Stock Rotation: Oversee proper handling, packaging, and storage of food to ensure stock rotation (FIFO) is maintained .

Monitor Service: Supervise the service line from setup to the end of service .

Maintain Compliance: Ensure all kitchen work complies with QHSE management systems .

Qualifications or requirements

Experience needed

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
