• Bachelors and a Masters Degree in a relevant field.
• CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory)
• ICPAK membership (mandatory)
• Additional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CFA, or CFE are an added advantage
• 10-15 years’ experience in audit, tax, or advisory practice
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership (Director, COO, Managing Consultant, or equivalent)
• Experience in a mid-tier or Big Four environment is highly desirable
