What you will bring

A record of commercial delivery. Demonstrable success growing revenue, winning significant business, building strategic partnerships and negotiating complex deals.

Networks that create value. Strong relationship-building skills and executive credibility with corporate leaders, boards, financial institutions, regulators and strategic partners.

Executive leadership experience. At least 10 years in senior leadership, including at least 6 years in executive leadership, with experience reporting to a Board plus strong financial management capability.

Relevant sector exposure. Experience in highly regulated, technology-enabled organisations, with exposure to financial services, capital markets, corporate services or adjacent sectors.

Qualifications. A master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics or a related discipline, plus a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline. Relevant professional qualifications and corporate governance certification are desirable.
