Role Purpose

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of ADAK’s operations, ensuring the protection of athletes’ rights to participate in doping‑free sports while promoting health, fairness, and equality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ADAK’s strategic direction and policy implementation.
• Oversee anti‑doping education, testing, and enforcement programmes.
• Ensure compliance with the Anti‑Doping Act and international standards.
• Represent ADAK in national and international forums.
• Drive organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and transparency.

Ideal Candidate

• Visionary leader with proven executive management experience.
• Strong knowledge of sports governance and anti‑doping frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must satisfy Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 (valid clearances from KRA, HELB, EACC, DCI, CRB).
• Integrity, fairness, and commitment to promoting clean sport.
