Rose Avenue Consulting Group (RACG) is a leading consulting firm specializing in the FMCG sector. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Managing the finance and accounting departments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the CEO and board of directors.
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Advising on investment opportunities and capital structure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional qualification such as CPA-K or ACCA.
• An MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the multinational FMCG sector.
