Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating annual planning and performance management processes
  • Monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives and tracking performance indicators
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Aligning departmental plans with overall organizational strategy
  • Supporting policy development and institutional reforms
  • Preparing strategic reports and presentations for leadership
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement in strategy development processes
  • Driving a culture of performance management and accountability
