The Chief Manager – Strategy & Planning will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of organizational strategy and planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the formulation and review of strategic plans and frameworks
- Coordinating annual planning and performance management processes
- Monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives and tracking performance indicators
- Conducting research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Aligning departmental plans with overall organizational strategy
- Supporting policy development and institutional reforms
- Preparing strategic reports and presentations for leadership
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement in strategy development processes
- Driving a culture of performance management and accountability
