Minimum 10 years hospital pharmacy experience post-registration, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or senior pharmacist role Good track record of excellent results in hospital formulary management, supply chain management, financial management, and operational leadership of pharmacy services. Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to deliver good clinical and patient care outcomes. A person of high-level integrity and professionalism Strong interpersonal, communication, mentorship, talent development, and customer care skills. Track record of good deployment of technology in hospital pharmacy service delivery, quality and patient safety, and patient engagement.

Master's degree in clinical pharmacy Formal training in business management Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in Kenya with a valid annual practice license
