Background

I'm looking for a Chief of staff and organisation, based in Nairobi

Here is a bit of context: we’ve grown fast (core team: 3 → 20 members in 18 months, plus a few contractors) and now want to continue to scale, smartly, securing our organisation while taking on new challenges with quality

As a reminder, Konexio Africa is on a mission: empowering marginalised communities, with a focus on refugees, through digital training and BPO solutions

Responsibilities

We need someone who can (and will love to...):

• Align and coordinate teams: roles, processes, reporting
• Oversee HR, recruitment, performance while safeguarding our culture
• Support finance, administration, and compliance
• Structure and implement new initiatives

Qualifications

? Internally focused, you’re structured, hands-on, people-focused, and thrive on turning chaos into clarity... then perhaps you could be the one helping us grow impact and scale faster!

Key requirement: Kenyan citizen with at least 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or management

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
