Membley Community Chapel (MCC) is a gospel-centered Christian community seeking a mature, trustworthy, warm, and highly organized believer to serve as the Church Administrator.

Role Highlights & Scope

  • Church Administration: Direct day-to-day administrative operations and institutional coordination.
  • Finance & Records: Oversee record-keeping, basic financial management, and document archiving.
  • Ministry Support: Provide administrative support for Sunday services, connection groups, and discipleship programs.
  • Operations & Communication: Manage volunteer coordination, internal/external communications, and facility maintenance.
  • Mission Administration: Provide administrative oversight for the Mission Momentum Africa (MMA) initiative.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Education & Training: Relevant training in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Competence in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, strong follow-through, integrity, and discretion regarding confidential matters.
  • Faith & Values Alignment: A clear Christian testimony, personal spiritual maturity, and full alignment with MCC’s vision and values.
