We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Analyst to support claims analysis, verification, documentation, assessment, reporting, and decision support. The role involves reviewing Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) claims data, validating claim documentation, identifying trends and anomalies, preparing analytical reports, and supporting fair, timely, and evidence-based claims recommendations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review, verify, and assess Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) Insurance claims.
- Analyze claims data, identify trends, and prepare reports
- Maintain accurate claims records and support timely payouts.
- Coordinate with field teams, communities, and partners.
This is a full-time role is based in Nairobi, Kenya (with occasional travel): 1 year renewable contract
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance. Actuarial Science, Risk Management. Statistics. Economics, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in claims analysis, insurance operations, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI is an added advantage.
- Experience with community or conservation projects is a plus.
