The Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our patients receive smooth and efficient insurance and billing support, directly contributing to our mission of accessible healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage medical insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify patient insurance details and liaise with insurance providers.
• Follow up on pending or rejected claims and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and confidential records of all claims and correspondence.
• Assist patients with inquiries related to billing and insurance coverage.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in medical claims processing or a similar role.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and healthcare billing systems.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a compassionate approach.
