Responsibilities or duties
As a Claims Representative, you will assess, process, and adjust medical claims accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level commitments.
Reporting to the Claims Supervisor, you will work closely with global colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Qualifications or requirementsÂ
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Language Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Arabic are an advantage.
