JOB DETAILS:

Supervise Cleaning Staff

Oversee the work of kitchen stewards and cleaners .

Ensure Hygiene

Supervise the cleaning of the entire kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment, ensuring sanitation standards are met .

Manage Waste

Oversee proper waste segregation and disposal.

Control Supplies

Monitor the usage of cleaning chemicals and supplies and place orders when necessary.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
