Background

We are seeking a Client Accounts & Financial Relations Officer to manage client accounts and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee client accounts, outstanding balances, and credit management processes
• Conduct audits, reconciliations, and resolution of billing discrepancies
• Act as the primary contact for billing-related inquiries
• Manage payment plans and account recovery for high-value accounts
• Train frontline staff on accounts and billing procedures
• Prepare periodic reports on aging, recovery performance, and escalations

Core Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for handling sensitive conversations around pet care and client finances
• Proficient in veterinary practice management software (e.g., IDEXX Neo, Cornerstone) and advanced Excel for account reconciliation
• Skilled at coaching and influencing team members to adopt proactive billing practices

Education & Experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Credit Management, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and Certified Credit Professional (CCP).
• Advanced Certification in Customer Service or Public Relations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Veterinary Practice Management or a high-end medical front-office environment with a heavy focus on account management.
• Must hold a recognized Certification in Credit Management (CCM) or an equivalent professional credential.
