Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? DukaloCo is looking for an ambitious Client Acquisition Specialist to identify, engage, and onboard new merchants and business clients onto our platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding DukaloCo's customer base by prospecting new clients, presenting our solutions, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential merchants, SMEs, wholesalers, retailers, and business partners.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition onto the DukaloCo platform.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to generate and convert quality leads.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and client acquisition reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, client acquisition, sales, or account management.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, fintech, retail, or marketplace businesses is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
