Role Summary:

Avenue Healthcare is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure a positive client experience at Thika Hospital. The role involves managing patient feedback, resolving complaints, and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement client experience improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction levels and prepare reports.
  • Train and support staff on customer service excellence.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience.
  • Ensure a welcoming and patient-friendly environment.
  • Promote a patient-centered culture across the hospital.
  • Analyze client feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in customer service, client experience, or patient relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
