Role Summary:
Avenue Healthcare is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to enhance patient satisfaction and ensure a positive client experience at Thika Hospital. The role involves managing patient feedback, resolving complaints, and driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient feedback and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop and implement client experience improvement initiatives.
- Monitor patient satisfaction levels and prepare reports.
- Train and support staff on customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience.
- Ensure a welcoming and patient-friendly environment.
- Promote a patient-centered culture across the hospital.
- Analyze client feedback data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in customer service, client experience, or patient relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
