Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, airline, hotel, lodge, or related service industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with diverse clientele including corporate and individual customers.
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital business tools.
