JOB PURPOSE

To build and maintain strong client relationships, content profiles/ customer experience, and convert business opportunities into essential units. The Client Service Executor will set the main things between clients and its customers, generating certifying services, responding to inquiries, and driving customer growth through proactive client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development & Sales Cooperation
    • Identify and pursue new business development in corporate, social, and institutional catering.
    • Cooper lead an important sales component with Group's effective client engagement and follow-up.
    • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and continue based on client support.
    • Negotiate various customer engagement and review our secondary documents and topics.
    • Maintains strong sales profiles and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Focus on the main processes that are managed against how healthy to grow owned follow-up.
    • Ensure timely communication, updates and professional training at all client concerns.
    • Provide long-term satisfaction with clients or encouraging personal service and referrals.
    • Conduct frequent client satisfaction survey and recommend service improvements.

3. Coordination & Service Delivery Support

  • Create clear service, logistics, and other services across client segments and accurately execute it.
    • Accessively connect clients via a cloud server and create dedicated assistance.
    • Accounted their client schedules and ensure prompt resolution of any service issues.

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Injecting and implementing online schedule, convenience, and client feedback.
    • Monitor quality and accuracy of client experience, services, and data analytics.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support business strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Exploiting a HOW TO APPLY IN MAKING Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related role.
    • Monitoring 24 years of experience in sales, client service, or business development, preferably in the hospitality of existing industry.
    • Promoting to close this and achieve sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong customer experience and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and GSM tools.
