Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling.

- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and clinic management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
