We are seeking a dynamic and organized Clinic Receptionist / Customer Care Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and clinic management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor.

Experience Needed

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
