ABOUT RISELINK HR CONSULTANCY

Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Provide quality clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive healthcare services while supporting the delivery of comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and clinical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications within the approved scope of practice.
• Perform minor surgical and medical procedures.
• Refer complex cases appropriately.
• Participate in emergency patient management.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
• Participate in health promotion activities.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
• Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC).
• Minimum one (1) year clinical experience in a busy healthcare facility.
