Neema Hospital is seeking a highly competent, patient-centred, and results-driven Clinical Officer – Cardiology to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide specialised cardiac care, assess and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, support cardiology services, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide specialized cardiac care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Assess and manage patients with heart-related illnesses.
  • Support cardiology services and cardiac diagnostic procedures.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to professional, ethical, and patient-centred care standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognised institution.
  • Higher Diploma in Cardiology from a recognised institution.
  • Must be registered with the Clinical Officers Council (COC) and hold a valid practising licence.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant clinical experience post-internship.
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Knowledge and experience in cardiac diagnostic procedures and cardiology patient care.
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Commitment to high standards of professional, ethical, and patient-centred care.
