As a Clinical Officer Management Trainee at Sarova Hotels, you will embark on a structured two-year program aimed at developing your clinical, operational and leadership proficiency to excel in healthcare management within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will gain:

  • Comprehensive training by rotating through all hotel departments and travel to various Sarova Hotels, Resorts and Lodges
  • Mentorship from experienced healthcare and hospitality leaders
  • Hands-on experience while at the heart of guest service, hotel operations and people management
  • Career growth opportunities in a leading hospitality chain
  • A supportive and collaborative work culture working with a team that is keen on operational efficiency

PERSON SPECIFICATION: 

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
  • Must be registered by the Clinical Officers Council
  • Possess a valid practicing license and be a member of a relevant professional body
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about healthcare innovation
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
