Responsibilities or duties

  • Train and mentor clinicians and nurses on the clinical application of TB/Lung health equipment.
  • Support the integration of diagnostic equipment into patient care and treatment pathways.
  • Commission equipment at clinical sites and provide ongoing clinical-technical support.
  • Develop user-friendly clinical training materials and patient-handling SOPs.
  • Collaborate with facility management to improve TB and respiratory care services.

Qualifications or requirements

Technical Competencies & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of respiratory care,spirometry, and TB management protocols.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for training diverse clinical teams.
  • Patient-centered and supportive approach when mentoring end-users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in field settings.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.
  • Registration: Must be registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council.
  • Experience: Experience in TB management, public health, or respiratory care is highly preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to health facilities.
